Why is it so hard to lose weight when eating a lot of these 'low calories' foods? give your opinion.

Foods are high in calories which provide lot's of energy, low calorie foods can be used as weight loss foods. Since low calorie foods are low in energy, you can use them to cut your calorie intake and lose weight. Low calorie foods are mostly free from unhealthy substances like saturated fats, trans fats and sodium. Some low calorie foods are salads, fresh vegetables and fruits, chicken, fish, beans, pasta and whole grain products.
